Ways to Give
United Way of East TN Highlands accepts donations in a myraid of ways with the most common being payroll deduction or through a credit/debit card. Both of these options are below. If you are interested in donating through other ways such as stock donation or planned giving (click here to learn more).

Community Impact Fund
The Community Impact Fund will be used to support programs through local non-profit organizations that are making a significant difference in these key areas Health, Education, and Financial Stability.
Examples of programs currently supported through United Way:
Financial coaching. Afterschool programs. Elimination of food insecurity. Substance abuse prevention and recovery. Care and shelter for the homeless population. Providing basic needs for students within our school systems. Access to health care for those who have little to no health insurance.
Relief Fund
The Relief Fund will be used to support local relief efforts that are activated in a time of community crisis. Most recently these funds were used to support local relief efforts related to the Covid-19 global pandemic.
Social Innovation Fund
The Social Innovation Fund will be used to support new programs aimed to meet social needs by filling gaps in our community related to Health, Education or Financial Stability. Non-profit or community organizations with programs less than 2 years old are eligible to apply.
